LOCAL GROUPS GATHER TO RALLY FOR COMPREHENSIVE IMMIGRATION REFORM IN SUPPORT OF THE EVENTS IN WASHINGTON DC

Members of the Coalition for Immigration Reform/Central Coast include local labor unions, religious groups and nonprofit agencies.

The purpose of the Coalition for Immigration Reform/ Central Coast has been to mobilize all of these different organizations towards one common goal of pushing for fair comprehensive immigration reform with a path to Citizenship.

In support of national mobilization events in Washington DC and across the country, the local immigration coalition will hosting a press conference that will include speakers that will tell their personal immigration stories along with a report of the number of local jurisdictions that have passed resolutions in support of comprehensive immigration with a path to citizenship.

What: Announcement of a mobilization campaign across the Central Coast to grow support for common sense immigration reform, along with speakers share their personal immigration stories.
